Junee Sangani is a registered dietitian and founder of J Nutrition. She thoroughly enjoys working with people and thrives on supporting them in achieving their goals. Junee has a wealth of experience in the field of food, nutrition and health. She has worked with a wide range of people in a variety of settings including community, hospital, private healthcare and corporate. She also understands that food and eating is a lifestyle and can offer practical tips to change habits of a lifetime.

Junee has a background in Biochemistry which gives her the ability to really understand the science behind metabolism and various mechanisms in the body. Her passion for nutrition and health led her to complete an Msc in Nutrition and Diploma in Dietetics at Kings College London and go onto become a Registered Dietitian. Junee currently balances her work at J Nutrition with ongoing work in a large NHS trust as a lead specialist dietitian in diabetes. She has a specialist interest in this area and is the NW/NE London regional representative for the Diabetes Management and Education Group (DMEG). Junee is also a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

Junee is dedicated to continuously improving her knowledge and skills to ensure that advice is based on the latest scientific evidence, she is currently training towards a Diploma in Sports Nutrition.
